Workshop R13 EVIDENCE TO IMPACT

INTEGRATING RESEARCH ON AGING INTO HEALTH SYSTEMS
THE SCIENCE AND PRACTICE OF IMPLEMENTATION

MONDAY, OCTOBER 6 –WEDNESDAY OCTOBER 8, 2025
This 2-day workshop will advance the science and practice of implementation and innovation to improve the care and outcomes of older adults.
Hosted by the University of Pittsburgh, the workshop's hybrid format with a focus on Age Friendly Health Initiatives, allows for in-person interactive sessions, mentorship and workgroups and uses a webinar platform to engage a wider virtual audience for plenary presentation. Participants will include health systems leadership, researchers, trainees, and clinicians.
